The shop is on the ground floor of the mall, a two-minute walk from the Gympie Road bus interchange and roughly a fifteen-minute drive from the Brisbane Airport tunnel exit. Free parking is inside the centre.

Booking
Can I pay on the day?
No, seats are only held once payment clears. Card payments go through the shop terminal or the online checkout. We do not hold a seat without payment.
Pickup
Do you collect from hotels?
Within 15 km of Chermside, yes. Add your address in the form and Hana will confirm a pickup window the afternoon before your tour.
Changes
Can I move my date?
More than 48 hours out, yes, and the fee is A$25 per booking. Inside 48 hours we can move you once but do not refund. Full detail is in the Terms and Conditions.
Private hire
Can we book the whole coach?
Yes, for up to 22 people on the mountain tour. Private reef charters are capped at 12. Ring the shop to talk about dates and a quote.
Great Barrier Reef Snorkel Day
